• Initial consultation
• On-site meeting (1 day) to gather requirements
• Written confirmation of requirements and shortlist of suitable vendors
• Attending presentations for up to 6 vendors (2 days)
• Following up with vendors to verify functional fit and follow up references
• Final summary report outlining strengths/weaknesses of each option with recommendations
• Ad hoc support and guidance throughout

Ideal for recruitment agencies wanting to make better use of their current software package, includes the following:

• Initial consultation to discuss requirements and adoption challenges
• Up to 2 days on  site working with consultants to review usage and training needs
• Working with current software vendor to determine options available and associated costs
• Written report of recommendations
